Submersible Systems Technology constructed this submarine for James Bond '007' in the movie The Spy Who Loved Me. We took a 1984 Lotus Esprit body and made it into a wet submarine using parts from our Reef Ranger Submarine. Our Reef Ranger Submarine also appeared in this movie.
Reef Hunter and Reef Ranger Submarines

The Reef Hunter Submarine (left) was custom built by SST to be used in the James Bond 007 movie License to Kill. Our Reef Ranger Submarine (right) also appeared in this movie and was used as a camera platform.

The Reef Ranger design has been modified or custom built to be used in many other movies such as: Jaws II; Navy Seals; Portrait of an Aquanaut; and National Geographic Specials.
